The hotel is well situated with a stunning view of the lake and castle. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make your stay comfortable and give tips on local history. The food is delicious and we enjoyed having Greek salad and potatoes in the oven for lunch and a tasty omelette for breakfast. It is a great value for what you get.
We could not pay with a card and alcohol was not served. There was a traffic jam when we arrived in town which we did not enjoy but that was no fault of the hotel's.

Located beside a picturesque river with views of a historic castle, this hotel is wonderfully situated. the pine-lined rooms are compact but cosy, and the wet-room style bathrooms are a unique touch. the breakfast made to order was tasty and fresh, and the outside seating area was lovely. the staff were helpful, even going above and beyond to resolve issues with payment.
The hotel seems to lack a formal reception area, which can cause confusion for new arrivals.

This hotel is right on the edge of a river, offering stunning views of Shkoder Castle. The rooms, located on the second floor, are tastefully decorated with a scandinavian style pine lining. The staff is friendly and attentive, with one waiter even going the extra mile to arrange a taxi for me. The breakfast, although basic, included an omelette, fresh bread, and a glass of water.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
